At JK Gems, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below:

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility:

    • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags (if any) intact.

    • Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • How to Return/Exchange:

    • Please email us at support@jk-gems.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

    • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

  • Processing:

    • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed via HitPay, our payment gateway, to the original method of payment.

    • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Non-refundable Items:

    • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces.

    • Gift cards.

    • Sale items or promotional offers (unless defective).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Important Notes

  • JK Gems reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
